Remember, Woody, that whoever becomes the president of the USA, the first goal is to protect the interest of Americans. Should we, Haitians, wait for Hilary or Obama to do work in the interest of the Haitians? You are kidding yourself if you expect so. Haitians are responsible for defending their own interest. Of course, we may take advantage of the foreign policy either Hilary or Obama may propose. Unfortunately, we spend our time fighting each so much that we don't even have time to think about which set of foreign policies we may take advantage of. If Haiti did not do anything under President Clinton, I do not think we take advantage of any future set of policies coming from either from Hilary or Obama. We spend too much of our time fighting each other in Haiti.
